Founder and CEO

Meet our fearless leader, Greg. He is truly a jack of all trades with experience in sales, marketing, operations and HR. Greg attended Bentley College and The University of Western Ontario, where he received a B.A in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Since co-founding 24-7 Intouch in 2001, Greg has grown the company exponentially while ensuring our core values are at the heart of the organization. Today, his main focus is providing the strategic vision, framework and initiatives for the company’s continued performance and growth. 

Jeff Fettes

Founder and COO

Meet Jeff Fettes, 24-7 Intouch Founder, Global President & COO, and Marvel Comics fanboy. Jeff obtained a business degree from Babson College and heads Global Operations at 24-7 Intouch. He leads our IT, training and production teams, providing creative vision to our operations, and is always seeking new strategic ways to improve customer service and disrupt the industry.
