Mesa Grand Opening: Investing In Our Campuses

Investing in our campus spaces is about so much more than just fun furniture and colourful walls (although we’re definitely not complaining about these). We love the look of our unique campuses, but most importantly, we love the impact our spaces can have on our team members. We take a lot of pride in fostering a positive work environment where our employees feel included, supported, and are excited to come to work every day.

Creating a unique culture and experience for our team members is worth taking the time to complete right. These custom designed spaces not only provide employees with a positive work environment to learn and thrive, they also create greater connections between our dedicated agents and the brand partners they represent.

In Mesa, we recently celebrated the official grand opening of our campus after four years of construction upgrades. What started out as an abandoned strip mall has now become a 200,000 square foot space home to seven dedicated customer service programs, employing 1,500 people. The campus also features a small basketball court, soccer net, and a functional recording studio for employees to utilize during their break times.

The unique culture we foster results in increased employee engagement across our campuses. In Mesa, our teams have the opportunity to get involved in campus initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and groups such as the brand new 24-7 Intouch Mesa dance squad (who performed a flash mob at the grand opening event) or the kickball team.

Since opening our doors in Mesa we have had a tremendous impact on the community. Our revitalized space has created a ripple effect in the area, with brand new infrastructure and growth, including new restaurants and stores. Our team has also been extremely active in volunteering with the Mesa Child Crisis Center, who sent representatives to the grand opening celebration to show their support.

We appreciated the chance to celebrate the success and excitement with members of our teams and the community of Mesa. The grand opening celebration had over 350 attendees, including City of Mesa Mayor, John Giles, and Councilmember, Francisco Heredia, who helped with the ribbon cutting.

It’s events like the Mesa Campus Grand Opening that remind us: “What we love most about our home is who we share it with”, including our amazing teams across the globe, and the communities who support us.

The 24-7 Intouch family continues to grow and share our unique culture across the globe by investing in our campuses, our people and our communities.
