24-7 Intouch Announces Winnipeg Expansion
WINNIPEG, Manitoba, January 18, 2018 – 24-7 Intouch, a Winnipeg headquartered and global leader in contact center solutions, today announced it will expand its footprint with a fourth campus in the city.
The latest addition will be located on St. James Street, in a portion of the building previously occupied by the Target Corporation. This is the 14th global campus for the Company, which currently operates in the United States, Guatemala, Jamaica and the Philippines.
Construction has already begun on the 55,000+ square foot space, which is scheduled to be completed by mid-2018. The facility will mirror the unique design elements and partner branding of 24-7 Intouch’s current contact centers.
“Winnipeg is our home, and we are very excited to be a part of the growing business community at Polo Park,” said Greg Fettes, Co-Founder & CEO of 24-7 Intouch. “We are committed to investing in our city and plan to create more than 500 new jobs over the next year.”
The Company has grown significantly over the last two years, hiring over 6,000 people worldwide. Their three Winnipeg campuses are located on Taylor Avenue, Waverley Street, along with their downtown headquarters on Kennedy Street and Graham Avenue.
24-7 Intouch is proud to have worked with Shindico Realty and Cadillac Fairview on this important project.
