24-7 Intouch Named as a Finalist for Three European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards

ATHENS, GREECE  –  SEPTEMBER 14, 2022  –   24-7 Intouch, a global leader in contact center and technology solutions, has been named a finalist in three categories for the 2022 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards.

The Company’s Athens campus is shortlisted for Best New Contact Centre, Best Health & Well-Being Program, and Best Approach to Diversity & Inclusion.

The Best New Contact Centre award recognizes the success of robust recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, and health and well-being programs during the contact center’s first 18 months of operation. 

24-7 Intouch announced its expansion into Athens in January 2020 as its first ever European campus. After the COVID-19 pandemic delayed the opening of the campus, the Company quickly pivoted to launch their operations in an 100% work from home environment. Team members were trained virtually, and new client programs implemented and exceeded KPIs within two months, demonstrating the Company’s ability to deliver exceptional results and customer experience.

The European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) is the longest running and largest awards program in the industry, featuring over 25 countries across Europe. The awards recognize organizations across Europe that are industry leaders in delivering exceptional customer service. 

The winners of the ECCCSAs will be announced at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards Evening on November 22 in London, England.
