Forbes Recognizes 24-7 Intouch As One Of The Best Employers For Women 2022

WINNIPEG, MB  –  September 27, 2022   –   24-7 Intouch, a global leader in contact center technology and solutions, has been recognized as one of the Best Employers for Women in 2022 by Forbes and Statista Inc.

This recognition was preceded this year by Forbes naming 24-7 Intouch as one of the Best Employers for Diversity in 2022. The company has also been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Large Employers in 2022, and a Top Employer for New Grads.

Women comprise half of 24-7 Intouch’s workforce at all levels, with a continued focus on career development and mentorship plans across the entire company. In the United States, women are 75% of the Company’s workforce.

Statistica’s survey compiled results from 50,000 employees – 30,000 women and 20,000 men – working for companies with at least 1,000 employees to identify the Best Employers for Women. Companies were evaluated on criteria such as working conditions, diversity and the likelihood they would recommend their employers to others. Female respondents evaluated their employers on factors such as parental leave, discrimination and pay equity. Representation at the executive and board levels also factored into the rating.
