What Customer Service Week Means to Us

It’s that time of year again! Customer Service Week is in full swing, and we thought we would take the time to share with you what Customer Service Week means to us. In order to celebrate the hard work our team members put in each day, we decided to participate in this year’s Customer Service Week theme Everyday Heroes. Aside from providing a great reason to dress up at work, for us, Customer Service week is about recognizing our agents, empowering our teams, and strengthening our commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

During Customer Service Week, we like to recognize the people that make outstanding customer experiences their number one priority. Our agents and frontline managers act as ambassadors of 24-7 Intouch and our clients to millions of people around the world. Their focus, work-ethic, and winning attitude sets us apart from competitors.

This week is also a great time to foster team spirit, and channel it towards providing great customer service. This year, we created a post-it wall, showcasing what customer service meant to our team. For some, it was as simple as a smile, while to others, customer service meant connecting and empathizing with others. This activity was a great way to reinforce how personal the customer support experience can be for both agent and customer.

Ultimately, Customer Service Week is also a time to reiterate to our customers just how important their satisfaction is to us. Throughout the year we spend countless hours training our team, empowering them with the information that they need to succeed, and studying how we can continually improve our customer experiences using key metrics. All of this hard work culminates to Customer Service Week, where we celebrate our success, and reflect on our progress.
