Welcome to 24-7 Intouch. We’re so excited that you have joined our team at Kennedy. Here's some info to help you prepare for your new job with us:
Your First Day
Be sure to plan your route and arrive on time. Commuting downtown can be hectic, so if you use public transit give yourself time for morning rush hour. If you choose to drive, we have several paid parking options and Impark lots that surround us.
When you walk through our front door, you’ll be greeted by a security guard who will communicate to your manager that you’ve arrived.
WHAT TO WEAR
We're casual! You can hang up that suit jacket - our dress code is relaxed. Jeans are encouraged, and we have plenty of coat and shoe racks to hang your things and switch your shoes if needed.
WHAT TO BRING
- SIN Card (Social Insurance Number)
- Banking information - void cheque or direct deposit slip
- Optional but recommended: headphones & a reusable waterbottle
WHAT TO FILL OUT
Carve out some time before your first day to download, review, and fill out the following documents:
- Provincial Personal Tax Credits Return
- Federal Personal Tax Credits Return
- Human Resources Information Form
- Payroll Information

Our campus has stocked coffee bars for your use. There are also multiple fridges and microwaves if you choose to bring your lunch.
We are located close to several delicious lunchtime and coffee options like Sana Soup House, Marcello's Market, Soup Sandwiches & More, Thom Bargen and Second Cup.
