Jeff Fettes

Founder and Chief Operating Officer

As Founder & Chief Operating Officer, Jeff is responsible for global operations, closely monitoring performance and service delivery. He oversees cross-functional groups, which directly relate to the execution of solutions and providing insights to our clients. Since 2001, Jeff has helped lead 24-7 Intouch’s entrepreneurial spirit with his experience in IT, operations, and marketing. His passion for technologies, including AI and software development, has positioned us as a tech leader in the BPO industry. He continues to push the development of our proprietary contact center software with our innovative clients. Jeff also holds a business degree from Babson College.

Greg Fettes

Founder and CEO

As Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Greg provides the strategic vision, framework and initiatives for our performance and growth. Since our inception in 2001, we’ve succeeded under his leadership by diversifying solution offerings and expanding our footprint globally. In this time, we have maintained our ability to deliver innovative support, continued client value and service excellence.

Greg has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in sales, marketing and operations. He attended Bentley College and the University of Western Ontario, studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
